By using "Trading Journey Pro" (the "Software"), you acknowledge and agree that:

• The Software is an educational and support tool designed to assist with trading discipline and risk management. It is NOT a financial advisor, and it does not guarantee profits.
• You maintain full responsibility for all your trading decisions and the financial outcomes that result from them. We are not liable for any financial losses incurred while using this Software.
• Features such as "Drawdown Shield" and "Smart Lot Calc" are mathematical aids. Market conditions (slippage, gaps, volatility) can affect their execution, and technical failures may occur.

We respect your privacy and data security. Here is how we handle your sensitive information:

API Keys & AI Data

• Storage: Your AI API Keys (e.g., OpenRouter, OpenAI) are stored locally on your device using browser storage. They are NEVER sent to our servers.
• Encryption: Keys are encrypted before being saved to local storage to prevent unauthorized access from other extensions or malware.
• Usage: The extension only uses your API Key to communicate directly with the AI providers you select (e.g., OpenRouter). We do not act as a middleman for these requests.

Trade Data

Your trading history and journal entries are synced to your personal Google Drive (if enabled) or kept local. We do not have access to your personal trading journal.

We want you to be completely satisfied with Trading Journey Pro. If you are not happy with the software for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase.

To request a refund:

1. Email us at tradingjourneypro@gmail.com.
2. Include your Order ID (from Lemon Squeezy).
3. Tell us briefly why it wasn't a good fit (optional, but helps us improve).

Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.
